Vegetable Garden
Our vegetable garden is cultivated following the methodologies of Sustainable Agriculture, a method of agroecology that is based on taking care of the plant and the soil where it grows using natural remedies. As a result, the soil will be more fertile in the long term. Vegetables are grown together in companionship so that they mutually influence each other, achieving the best results in quantity and quality. The garden is surrounded by espalier fruit trees, specifically raspberry plants, gooseberry bushes, table grapes, kiwi, and dog roses. Finally, the garden has a wooden gazebo for outdoor breakfasts.
Herbal and Medicinal Garden
Among the values we believe in is that of Biodiversity. This vegetable garden is actually a small botanical garden that boasts over 40 varieties of herbs. Aromatic plants are not only useful in the kitchen, but also excellent honey plants. This garden is also protected by a net on which currants and dog roses climb.
Ortho Lavender and Helichrysum
Our brand new 2024 installation is still a work in progress, but the plants are growing. We have chosen the Angustifolia variety, a very fragrant and scenic evergreen perennial, alternated with Helychrisum plants, which with their yellow flowers complete the beauty of the garden.
Here, during the summer season, it will be possible to book breakfasts and snacks.
Fruit
Within the property, we have over 300 fruit trees that delight us with their abundance every year. We produce apples, quinces, quinces, mulberries, plums, greengages, apricots, peaches, grapes, figs, walnuts, blackberries, hazelnuts, rose hips, raspberries, and currants.
