Treatments Offered
REIKI USUI (original method by Dr. Mikao Usui): an energetic hands-on technique that allows the person's energy to flow freely, release blocks, and rebalance. Duration: 60 minutes.
CRYSTALTHERAPY: a very gentle energetic technique that uses crystals and stones to rebalance the psycho-physical state of the person. Duration: about 30 minutes.
SOUND MASSAGE WITH HARMONIC TIBETAN BOWLS: an energetic technique that uses Albert Rabenstein's Harmonic Tibetan Bowls and Diapasons for the restoration of the person's energetic Harmony. The sound of the bowls relaxes the mind. Duration: 60 minutes.
CHROMOPUNCTURE (original method by Dr. Peter Mandel): an energetic technique that uses color vibrations along the meridians and acupuncture points of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is an excellent alternative to traditional acupuncture, as it is more gentle and needle-free. Duration: 60 minutes.
BIORAM®: a fast and practical energetic technique that energizes and rebalances the body. Bioram is a small device that allows the use of the vibrations of harmonic Tibetan bowls even in areas where it is difficult to place one. Duration: about 30 minutes.
FLORITHERAPY CONSULTATION: consultation for creating a floral remedy for the emotional rebalancing of the person. Among the essences used are Bach Flowers, Australian Flowers, and Californian Flowers. Duration: 60 minutes. This treatment is also available online.
SPIRITUAL LIFE COACHING: counseling for the overall life balance, from personal to home, work to relationships, diet to physical activity. Suitable for those who want to live in a more "holistic" way, those seeking guidance in a change, those aiming to achieve goals, those willing to explore themselves more deeply. In the case of an ongoing program, the client receives various written materials. Duration: 60 minutes. This treatment is also available online.
CHAKRA READING: consultation using reading cards, to provide insights and reflections for the balance of the main Chakras. Duration: 60 minutes.
Treatments can be enhanced with the use of essential oils, colored lights, and music at 432 Hz.
All treatments are available as single sessions or as part of a personalized personal growth and well-being program with the client, including regular meetings and feedback. For clients opting for a regular program, discount packages are available.
The Studio
The treatments are carried out in our picturesque Studio: a small wooden hut immersed in the tranquility of the forest. The secluded and peaceful location ensures complete relaxation and preserves privacy. Inside, the environment is enriched by a comfortable and spacious custom-made bed, with blankets and pillows available. The client can view the ethical code of the Natural Healer Society and Maria's diplomas and certificates.
For Animals
Animals can also benefit from this type of treatment. Whether they are dogs, cats, rabbits, horses, donkeys, or any other species, they are all connected by a fundamental matrix: energy. Like people, animals are also composed of multiple subtle bodies that interact with each other and are responsible for the well-being of the animal as a whole.
Among the treatments recommended for animals, we offer:
Usui Reiki, Sound Massage with Harmonic Tibetan Bells, Chromotherapy, Aromatherapy (use of essential oils to rebalance the chakras), Bioram® and Floritherapy Consultation.
The treatments are carried out in the presence of the owner. In case the animal refuses the treatment or shows discomfort, the treatment will be interrupted.
The professional
Maria Castagna started training in holistic disciplines between 2018 and 2019, although she had already begun her first experiences with meditation and energy work a few years earlier. She completed the Usui Reiki Master before graduating from the Artistic High School, and then trained at the Albero della Vita Holistic Academy as a Holistic Operator with an Energetic-Vibrational Integrated approach for three years. Her thesis, titled "Holistic Techniques Applied to Horses: Flower Essences, Essential Oils, Crystals, and Reiki," delved into the use of the techniques learned on horses. Maria later obtained a Diploma in Chromotherapy and Chromopuncture and a Diploma in Master Spiritual Life Coach. Her training and studies are continuously evolving, ensuring clients have an updated and knowledgeable professional. Maria Castagna is a member of the Natural Healer Society and therefore obligated to uphold its code of ethics.
Who is the Holistic Operator?
The Holistic Operator is a facilitator of energetic balance, evolution, and personal growth who works with multidisciplinary skills and integrated approaches through the use of bodily, natural, energetic, artistic, and meditative techniques. The Holistic Operator facilitates the natural process of transformation, empowerment, overall awareness of the person and promotes an ecological and sustainable lifestyle.
The profession of the Holistic Operator is regulated by law 04/2013.
